RHYTHM OF REGULATION TERMS OF USE

Rhythm of Regulation® maintains this website (the "Site") and any course offered through this Site for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users ("Users") upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these "Terms of Use" and forms a binding agreement between you and Rhythm of Regulation®. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
1. USE OF SITE AND SITE MATERIALS
Rhythm of Regulation® provides various materials, resources, publications, and other information (the "Materials") through the training courses offered through this Site. Rhythm of Regulation® authorizes each User to view, download and print the written Materials for their individual and professional use with clients, provided they make no modifications to the Materials and retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials.
Users are not authorized to record, download, share or distribute in any way the live or prerecorded video Materials.
2. TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT
Without limitation, all Deb Dana's work, training courses, materials, resources and publications, including all Materials provided through this Site, are protected by international copyright laws. Without permission from the copyright holder, no reproduction or use of any element of Deb Dana's methodology or any portion of her material, work or resources is permitted. Deb Dana's Rhythm of Regulation® training, methodology, skills, tools, techniques and practices can only be provided by approved members of Deb Dana's Rhythm of Regulation® training team unless specific permission is obtained from Deb Dana.
Only Rhythm of Regulation® approved courses, workshops and trainings are sanctioned by Deb Dana, and no other training or instruction utilizing her original work is allowed unless specific permission is granted in writing.
As a User of this Site, you agree not to distribute, duplicate, or destroy the intellectual property of Deb Dana LCSW or Rhythm of Regulation® without express written consent from Deb Dana LCSW. This agreement applies to recordings, access to live programming, handouts, and other Materials and information made available to you as part of your enrollment or attendance in any Rhythm of Regulation® course or training offered by Deb Dana LCSW. You understand copyright and intellectual property law violation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 3. CHARGES
When purchasing a course or training, you authorize Rhythm of Regulation® to charge your credit card or other payment method provided by you for our services, including fees associated with any given course or training, taxes, fees associated with international purchases, service fees, or required regulatory fees.
Please be aware of fees associated with conversion to our currency from yours, including fees from your banking or credit card institution. You understand that taxes and regulatory fees may change without notice. You understand that our prices may change at any time at our discretion.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations before a course or training start date. A full refund is available for cancellations, less a $100 cancellation service fee.
Once a course or training begins. A credit for another Rhythm of Regulation course is available. Credit may be applied to another Rhythm of Regulation online course or training, with possible exceptions being those with prerequisites.
On-demand courses. A full refund is available when requested if a course has yet to be accessed.

5. GRIEVANCE POLICY
Course participants and Site users are encouraged to email our support team to address any concerns or issues that may arise while accessing or participating in any Rhythm of Regulation® services or products.
For issues concerning the online learning platform or other course-related occurrences, please contact [email protected]. For all other concerns or requests, please contact [email protected].
Deb Dana, LCSW, the Founder and Developer of Rhythm of Regulation courses and training, is informed, included, and involved in resolving every grievance that may occur.
Rhythm of Regulation is committed to offering all reasonable and available solutions to an aggrieved party to resolve any issue that may arise. However, if the aggrieved party is unsatisfied with the resolution efforts and solutions provided by Rhythm of Regulation and remains aggrieved, then the matter will go to arbitration.
6. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these terms of service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date, and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
